Dachshunds are well loved companions, also known as Sausage or Wiener Dogs. Sadie is a realistic looking red plush version of this special canine friend, perfect for small and large humans. Dachshunds were bred 300 years ago in Germany to hunt badgers. The name Dachshund literally means “badger” (dachs) and “dog” (hund). They are also called Wiener or Sausage Dogs and the actual hot dog was named after them.
Sadie was designed in Queensland and hand-made in Indonesia. Her high quality acrylic fur is machine washable using chemical/soap free cleaning agents.
Sadie measures 35cm from nose to the end not including the tail and 22cm from the ground to the top of the head.
