Animales online can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. For deliveries to non-Australian destinations responsibility for customs and taxation clearance lies with the customer. Please check relevant regulations for your country before you place your order.
We use Australia Post for all our shipments. Depending on the destination standard shipping times within Australia can vary between 1-7 days.
We offer express shipping options if you would like to receive your order faster.
We charge flat rate shipping fees based on order value within Australia however, exceptions may apply to very large, bulky or very heavy items. All orders are shipped with tracking to monitor progress. The only exception are low price and very small items, that will be sent as standard letters.

If your total order value reaches AUD 95 or more we will ship your order for free within Australia.
Our philosophy is to treat all customers equal and we do not want to to charge you higher fees because you are located in regional or rural areas or several flight hours away from our warehouse. Australia Post still charges us these higher fees but we will subsidise this cost as part of our customer service.
Animales online processes and ships orders from Monday to Friday. If you place your order no later than 1 pm on a shipping day we guarantee to ship your order on the same day. If we receive the order after 1 pm, we may still ship the order on the same day, if our resources allow it. However we guarantee that we will ship your order on the following shipping day.
For Customers in Victoria/ Ballarat we offer local Pick Up from our Warehouse Store, 75 Mair St East, Ballarat VIC 3350. The Warehouse Store is open to the public Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday from 10 am - 4 pm and Fridays from 10 am - 5 pm. Please note, that pickup is only possible on these days.
We at Animales online are very dedicated to serve our customers as good as possible. However, we are only feline/canine/human and small errors may happen. Please let us know, if you are not happy and we will do our best to make it up to you.
If something is not exactly how expected, this is what you can do:
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
We reserve the right to issue a store credit instead of a cash refund if items have been returned to us damaged or without the original packaging.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Please do not return any items without contacting us first.
We will refund any items returned to us in the agreed condition and process within four weeks of receiving your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
Please contact us, if you are not happy with our services. We will do everything in our power to fix whatever has gone wrong.
